“Will the roof cleaner damage my shingles?”
No. We use a soft washing system, not pressure washing. The solution kills moss and algae without tearing up the shingles.
“How long will it stay clean?”
It depends on tree cover and weather, but typically the roof stays moss-free for 12–24 months. Some homes need annual service. Others go a couple of years.
“Is the solution safe for pets and plants?”
Yes, when applied correctly. We rinse down nearby plants before and after the job to keep them safe.
“Do I need to be home during the cleaning?”
Nope! As long as we can access the roof, we can get the job done without you needing to be there.
