My career began in the trades, working as a general contractor remodeling homes and building from the ground up. That experience taught me how to bring out the best in a structure — how to make a space feel clean, functional, and welcoming.

Later, I served my community as a firefighter and EMT. Being there for people during emergencies was incredibly humbling and taught me the value of showing up when it matters most. That same calling to help others eventually led me into nursing, where I continue to care for patients in a local hospital.
